Qld’s Best Bread at Uncle Bobs!

Uncle Bobs bakers competed this week at the Qld Baking Competition with tremendous success, our team made a clean sweep of the prizes with awards for, Ciabatta 1st and 2nd place, Turkish Bread 1st and 2nd, Choux Pastry 1st and 2nd, Hitop loaf 1st and 2nd, Baguette 1st, Sandwich bread White, Wholemeal, and Grain 1st place.

Our production sandwich bread white, wholemeal, and grain all combined to take 1st place meaning that Uncle Bobs has been judged by our professional peers to have Qld’s best sandwich bread!

We were also crowned overall Champion Bakery.
