Polenta Sourdough

Polenta (corn) is done three ways with our Polenta Sourdough, using a base of South Australian bakers flour we add a little to the sourdough levain, a portion is cooked and added at the mixing stage, then finally the dough is rolled in fine polenta before going into our proofing baskets giving it a lovely extra crunch in the crust. Please refresh (warm) before serving for best results.
